Im on week 5, and loving it. Losing weight, feeling strong, enjoying the music, and the coaching. Makes exercise (almost) easy.
I love this app. Im already on week 6 and must say, totally hooked. I like the tone of his voice and the music.
Overall, a really good app. Really like the tips and motivation it gives.
Since starting this program my speed and stamina have increased drastically. So much so that even my soccer teammates have commented on both. Ive only used the defaults settings so far and I am amazed at how quickly I have improved overall. Love Jeffs encouragement and tips because he sounds kindly and makes me want to keep using this app.
I really like this app- it does a great job of matching music to my intervals and keeping me going at the right stride rate. This has really improved my running form. I wish the app pushed you to increase your run interval by 30 seconds every week or two. My only other con for the app is that it doesnt recognize that some songs can be considered 180bpms when they are roughly 90bpms simply by doubling up your steps and taking a step on the in-between beat. The other issue I am finding is that songs that are 150-160 bpm when I check them online are only coming up as 120-135 bpm through the app, which doesnt make sense. I am having a hard time finding music the app recognizes as 150-180 bpm and so am running to the same 5 songs over and over again. So... In short, great training app for pace and intervals, but not yet great in terms of bpm recognition.
Would love to have a horizontal view option and the option to set run/ walk ratio separately. Some programs suggest a 4min run and 2 min walk and thats not an option. But very good and informative program. Looking forward to my first 5k in a few weeks.
Downgrading my rating to a single star until this gets optimized for iPhone 5.
I love this app! Exactly what I needed to help me meet my goals.
This app puts me in a great mood when I use it! Jeff Galloway has the most wonderful voice, and way of speaking — it inspires me. I enjoy the tips and bits of information that are sprinkled throughout the workout; it helps me learn new things, and keeps me from getting bored. Absolutely love the ability to use my own playlist, and have the tempo adjusted for walk/run. I would request the ability to increase the volume of Mr. Galloway’s voice, as sometimes I cannot hear it over the music volume! If this were an option, I’d give 5 stars.
Ive tried several apps for beginning runners and this is the best of them. The reasons are: - the Lolo app offers coaching as you go along, so you learn how to run, not just when to run and when to walk - the Lolo app speeds up or slows down your music to match the pace you should be walking or running - you can adjust the walk-run intervals and the pace if you wish
Love that it syncs music to my pace. It has helped me improve my 5k time.
This is a great c25k app. Easy to use outside and on a treadmill. Its making it easy and fun to get ready for my first 5k in 30 years.
This was recommended by friends who run to help me get better and gain endurance. So far so good - I appreciate having his instruct in my ear as I run.
I have been using this app for 4 years. Great app to keep company and remind you of the run walk breaks. Great music and changes beat with the pace of the run/walk
Love this app!!
I have improved my 5K time!! I live that you can adjust the settings to your individual needs and goals. I was inspired by the results to start training for the 10K :)
A good way to get this mass off the couch.
I keep getting better and better! The program is easily adapted and motivates me to keep coming back to run the next workout. I had to take some time off due to an injury, so when it came time to get back on track, I just restarted and was able to return to my favorite activity without hurting myself. Thank you!!!
I absolutely love this app. It does everything it says it will do. I got off the couch and by the end I was able to run the 3 miles easily.
