Took a look at it n yeah its super awsome! Cant wait for gym tomorrow!
Im on week 5, and loving it. Losing weight, feeling strong, enjoying the music, and the coaching. Makes exercise (almost) easy.
I love this app. Im already on week 6 and must say, totally hooked. I like the tone of his voice and the music.
Overall, a really good app. Really like the tips and motivation it gives.
Since starting this program my speed and stamina have increased drastically. So much so that even my soccer teammates have commented on both. Ive only used the defaults settings so far and I am amazed at how quickly I have improved overall. Love Jeffs encouragement and tips because he sounds kindly and makes me want to keep using this app.
I really like this app- it does a great job of matching music to my intervals and keeping me going at the right stride rate. This has really improved my running form. I wish the app pushed you to increase your run interval by 30 seconds every week or two. My only other con for the app is that it doesnt recognize that some songs can be considered 180bpms when they are roughly 90bpms simply by doubling up your steps and taking a step on the in-between beat. The other issue I am finding is that songs that are 150-160 bpm when I check them online are only coming up as 120-135 bpm through the app, which doesnt make sense. I am having a hard time finding music the app recognizes as 150-180 bpm and so am running to the same 5 songs over and over again. So... In short, great training app for pace and intervals, but not yet great in terms of bpm recognition.

Some bad moments

Downgrading my rating to a single star until this gets optimized for iPhone 5.
Not worth your hard earned money. Very simple design. Your way better off using an app like ismoothrun or map my run.
I train outdoors, and this app is terrible for me on cloudy days. It randomly jumps ahead, or thinks I need to quit early. Most of the time it tries to adjust after only 3 or 4 minutes of running. Ive been terribly disappointed with it.
I liked the setup of this app but had a very difficult time using and understanding its pacing. I wanted to train for an 11:30 paced 5k but had to choose either 11min or 12min race pace (no in-between options). Then for the first workout it wanted me to do my first 30min (easy?) run with a 9:20/mile pace on the run segment- waaaay fast for me - and a 20:00/mi pace on the walk! I tried to manually slow down the pace for the run segments but again the options for pacing were extremely limited. Unfortunately I wont be able to use this for my training after all and feel it was a waste of money.
This was a great app. Was. I downloaded it again to use it after I completed the program once. It would not let me a.) login, b.) start a new account (server error!), or c.) reset my password (404 error!). An app that does not run without at all without an account is not an app, its a scam.
I couldnt post my workout to Facebook, so I used lolo support, which told me to log out and log back in. I logged out, tried to log in and received a notification that my pw was incorrect (was pretty sure it was not). So, I then submitted a request to reset my password and was emailed a link. Now the link doesnt work! Please correct this issues ASAP! I love the app but I dont like not being able to post results or log in!
