The first song always repeats. This is very annoying.
The whole point of these walk/run 5k trainers is to get you running an entire 5k. C25k does this by slowly shortening walk periods and increasing run periods and by the end, youre supposed to be running the entire thing.
Unfortunately Easy 5k leaves the walk/run ratio up to the user. The only thing it really does is increase the workout times. How this is supposed to push me, I have no clue. A user could get to the end of the program and not really be running the entire 5k. A personal trainer should be there to push you, not let you cheat your way through.
Because of this, Im going back to C25k. I do think that the Beat Burn Treadmill walk/run app is a lot more challenging and I will do that app as a supplement when I want some additional training to C25k
