I really like this app.

First let me say I bought Jeff Galloways beginning runner book back in the 80s so his name was familiar to me.

I am old and slow now but saw this app and downloaded it a couple of weeks ago.

I started the program 2 weeks ago and love it. My only beef is once in a while the app doesnt load the first time I press the icon. Other than that I have not had anything other than good results. Thank you.
