Disappointing & frustrating

Ive been trying to use this app for a few months with little success. Most days it takes three or four tries before the app will actually open. When it does open, the app plays the same song over & over again. It often sounds like its skipping as well (like an old record player). Today, the app shut down 26 minutes into my run so it gave me the option to restart or end my run. I restarted and it did it again after 30 minutes. I believe in the Galloway method and really do like listening to Jeffs pointers along the way. I would like to use his 13.1 app someday but if lolo doesnt work out the bugs, Ill have to look for another similar app. Come on, lolo, pull it together!
