Pacing problems
I liked the setup of this app but had a very difficult time using and understanding its pacing. I wanted to train for an 11:30 paced 5k but had to choose either 11min or 12min race pace (no in-between options). Then for the first workout it wanted me to do my first 30min (easy?) run with a 9:20/mile pace on the run segment- waaaay fast for me - and a 20:00/mi pace on the walk! I tried to manually slow down the pace for the run segments but again the options for pacing were extremely limited. Unfortunately I wont be able to use this for my training after all and feel it was a waste of money.
