Great app
I am a lifelong walker, but like to train for one 5K I like to run in the spring. This app helps me to gradually train for it!
I start out huffing and puffing, and by the end of the 7-8 weeks, Im doing much better, trying to finish strong. The beat sync is cool, you know when to walk or run, and he is very encouraging.
