New Runners Dream

Im a new runner and have so enjoyed getting started with Jeff (cause I feel like hes right here the whole way) and with his system (because I dont feel like Im going to die every time). Great app for motivation and clear directions. The music adds so much. Totally worth the money. No regrets.
